f. Introduce malicious code, malware, or harmful software

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services and access.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All gaming services carry inherent risk

  • Game publishers may issue penalties, suspensions, or bans at their sole discretion

  • PawnCarry.com does not control or influence publisher enforcement decisions

PawnCarry.com is not responsible for account penalties, progress loss, ranking changes, or any action taken by game developers or publishers.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Store Credit

All purchases are for digital services.

  • Refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed

  • Any refund, cancellation, or compensation is issued solely at PawnCarry.com’s discretion

  • Once a service has begun preparation or execution, it is considered in progress

If compensation is approved, store credit is the default remedy unless otherwise required by law.

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • May be subject to limitations or expiration

Partial refunds, if approved, are determined based on service progress and internal evaluation.

6. Prohibited Conduct During Services

The following actions may result in immediate termination of services without refund or credit:

A. Attempting to purchase services directly from boosters or staff outside official PawnCarry.com channels
B. Abusive, harassing, insulting, or disruptive behavior toward staff or service providers
C. Mentioning boosting, piloting, carries, or related services in-game or to third parties
D. Violating game rules or publisher policies

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and personal data.

PawnCarry.com is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account. In the event of a suspected compromise, PawnCarry.com will make reasonable efforts to assist but does not guarantee recovery.

8. Modifications to Terms

PawnCarry.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Changes apply only to services purchased after the effective date

  • Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms

  • It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly

9. Termination of Access

PawnCarry.com may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraud, or misuse of services.

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund or compensation.
