By completing a purchase on PawnCarry.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Terms of Service and Store Credit Policy. These terms apply to all users without exception.


1. Nature of Services (Digital & Non-Refundable)

PawnCarry.com provides digital, on-demand gaming services, including but not limited to Selfplay, Coaching, and Account-Sharing services.

All services are:

  • Digitally delivered

  • Custom-ordered

  • Initiated upon purchase or scheduling

  • Irreversible once processing begins

Because services involve time, labor, and access allocation, all purchases are final once service preparation or execution has started.


2. Service Delivery & Estimates

Any timelines, rankings, or completion estimates provided are informational only and do not constitute guarantees.

PawnCarry.com retains sole discretion over:

  • Service scheduling

  • Assignment of staff or players

  • Order prioritization

  • Methods used to complete services

Delays do not constitute non-delivery.


3. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account details and credentials

  • Maintain uninterrupted account access

  • Follow all game publisher rules and policies

  • Avoid behavior that interferes with service execution

PawnCarry.com is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect information, revoked access, customer misconduct, or violations of game rules.


4. Acknowledgment of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and accept that online gaming services carry inherent risks, including:

  • Warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans

  • Rollbacks, loss of progress, or ranking changes

  • Publisher or developer actions beyond PawnCarry’s control

PawnCarry.com does not guarantee account safety and assumes no liability for third-party enforcement actions.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawnCarry.com shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Losses resulting from third-party actions

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


6. Store Credit & Refund Policy

6.1 No Cash Refund Entitlement

PawnCarry.com does not offer cash refunds as a standard business practice.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a digital service, not a physical product

  • Services begin preparation immediately after purchase

  • You waive any right to chargeback or payment reversal once service processing has started


6.2 Store Credit as Exclusive Remedy

If PawnCarry.com determines that compensation is appropriate, store credit is the sole and exclusive remedy, unless otherwise required by law.

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • Is issued at PawnCarry’s discretion

  • May include usage or expiration limits


6.3 Monetary Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Monetary refunds are rare, exceptional, and issued only if PawnCarry.com explicitly approves them in writing.

If approved:

  • Refunds may be partial

  • Payment processor fees may be deducted

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method


6.4 Change of Mind

A change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or misunderstanding of the service does not qualify for a refund or store credit.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from PawnCarry.com, you agree to:

  • Contact PawnCarry.com support before initiating any chargeback

  • Allow PawnCarry.com a reasonable opportunity to resolve concerns

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Forfeiture of remaining services

  • Permanent denial of future services

PawnCarry.com reserves the right to submit all relevant records, logs, service evidence, and customer acknowledgments to payment processors and financial institutions in response to disputes.


8. Game-Specific Conditions

8.1 World of Warcraft® Coaching

If PawnCarry.com is unable to provide a suitable coach within a reasonable timeframe, PawnCarry may issue store credit or, in rare cases, a refund adjusted for processing fees.


8.2 Account-Sharing Services

If a season or event concludes before completion, PawnCarry.com may issue store credit.

No compensation will be issued if service failure results from:

  • Account bans or suspensions

  • Customer misconduct

  • Violation of game rules


8.3 Selfplay Services

Account penalties during Selfplay services are the sole responsibility of the customer and do not entitle the customer to a refund or store credit.


9. Goodwill Adjustments

PawnCarry.com may, at its sole discretion, issue goodwill store credit. Such actions do not establish precedent or obligation.


10. Acceptance & Binding Agreement

By completing payment, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is a non-refundable digital service

  • Store credit is the primary remedy for disputes

  • You waive rights to chargebacks except where required by law
